1Mind — the 90-second check-in
Before you touch your phone: three slow breaths (or a short prayer, if that's part of your morning), then one question — "What does today actually need from me?" Answer in five words or fewer.
2Body — the one swap
Whatever you'd normally grab first (usually coffee and nothing), swap it for something with protein or healthy fat within your first waking hour. One swap. Not a meal plan.
3Money — the ten-second look
Open your banking app. Look at the number for ten seconds without flinching or explaining it away. Write one neutral sentence: "My balance is £___." The fact, not a story about what it means about you.
If you only do one thing today, do the money one. It's the shortest and the one people skip — which is usually the tell that it's the one that matters. All three today if you can.
You don't need to get it right. You need to get it done.
